Research Projects: 

High Field MRI. 
The goal of this project is to significantly improve human high field MR safety and capability by establishing clinically practicable methods for spin excitation, RF apparatus and SAR management. We address the goal at operation and system levels, answering, respectively, the challenge of performing high field MR of a specific subject with robust safety and performance and the challenge of developing an RF system that maximizes across-the-board safety and performance enhancement

Parallel MRI: New Techniques & Technologies 
This project aims to develop a rapid comprehensive cardiovascular MR examination using highly parallel MRI, and to develop methods for ultra-high-field cardiac MRI.
