Graduate Student Li Feng Receives the 'Early Career Award-Basic Science' at the SCMR Conference

Graduate Student Li Feng recieves the 'Early Career Award-Basic Science' at the 17th Annual SCMR Conference for his presentation on Compressed Sensing with Synchronized Cardio-respiratory Sparsity for Free-breathing Cine MRI: Initial Comparative Study on Patients with Arrhythmias. This study combines continuous data acquistion with compressed sensing for cardiac imaging.

Graduate students William Wu & Li Feng recieve merit award at 21st annual ISMRM conference

Two biomedical imaging graduate students received an Merit Award for their abstracts to be presented during the 21st Annual Meeting of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) in Salt Lake City (20-26 April 2013)
  William Wu received a Magna Cum Laude award (15% percentile of all abstracts received in his category)
